There are 3 steps to be performed:

Set up a www subdomain (for the domain DOMAINWITHOUTWWW, the subdomain www.DOMAINWITHOUTWWW).

Change the CNAME of the www subdomain to CNAMEENTRY.

Set up an HTTP redirect from your domain (DOMAINWITHOUTWWW) to the www subdomain (www.DOMAINWITHOUTWWW).
