Gears Of War is the best 3rd person cover based shooter

Cover, Cover Black Metal, Cover War, We Are War, We Are... Total War,

After playing a lot of GTA V online the last week it made me realize how far ahead gow is compared to other 3rd person shooters that have cover systems.
